Itinerant Vendor and Food Truck Regulations and Permits

Ordinance #1618 & #1619

The purpose of these ordinances is to establish regulations governing food trucks, operation sites, mobile food parks, and itinerant vendors. These regulations are intended to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the public, and to enhance the beauty of commercial corridors. Food trucks and itinerant vendors were treated the same in a single ordinance previously. These new ordinances split the regulations of itinerant vendors and food trucks into their own categories with separate requirements and exemptions.
