The City of Jacksonville is introducing a new app for residents to use in replace of SeeClickFix. The new app is Citizen Request Tracker. Citizen Request Tracker will allow residents to report issues/concerns and stay in contact with the official that has been assigned to the request. The launch date for Citizen Request Tracker is Thursday June 14, 2018.
